Six Literal Days or Six Long Time Periods:
What Do the Scriptures Teach

Genesis 2:7, 9, 19 tells us that God made the plants, trees, animals, birds, and man, not from one another, but from the something else entirely.  Exodus 20:11 compares a literal week to a literal creation (week).  Psalm 33:6-9 and Heb. 11:3 tell us that God is a LOT more powerful than us, and can Create merely by speaking.  Mark 10:6 also says that God made man and woman at the "beginning of Creation" as opposed to -- millions or billions of years later -- near the end.
